Book the Clubhouse

Venue at the American residents may request to rent the clubhouse for private events. All reservations require advance approval from property management and payment of rental fees and a refundable security deposit. Only one booking is permitted per day. Submit your request using the calendar below. You will receive email confirmation of your submission, followed by an approval or denial notification.

Payment is required within 48 hours of approval to secure your reservation. The $250 security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after your event if the clubhouse is returned in acceptable condition with no damages or violations.

Rules & Regulations 

  • Maximum occupancy: 75 guests

  • No smoking anywhere on the premises

  • Music and noise must end by 10:00 PM

  • Resident must be present for the entire event

  • All trash must be removed and disposed of properly

  • Tables, chairs, and equipment must be returned to original configuration

  • Any damages or excessive cleaning needs will result in deduction from the security deposit

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable
